How do you manage your projects

Professional project managers also try to make the organization of work more efficient. Take any project and you will see that it needs people, funds and tools to produce end results. You may come across a lot of factors that are very important for successful project management. A couple of them can be found in the next paragraph:
- Setting objectives and conducting analysis.
- Managing risk. Take any project and you will see that it contains a lot of uncertainties that should be dealt with.
- Assigning and managing resources.
- Having a clear idea about the outcome you want to get when the project is finished.
- Controlling what is going on: assigning jobs, supervising the work-in-progress.

- Handling instability. Circumstances change. All projects occur in time, so the element of change has to be properly considered.
